Hi o'dium...
Hi o'dium...
I am wondering and I am confused.
Both these two threads made me think:

I just wanted to ask two things and thought it might be a good idea to comprise them into this one thread here:
1. You said You worked in the games industry - which studio do You work at?
2. You seem to have a boundless knowledge on game engines - did You ever write such an engine by Yourselves?
I should note - reconfiguring and working with an already existing engine doesn't count; much less if You, say, merely made textures for it.

i think we're waiting for dienerdo to explain how not having the coding skills to write a game engine disqualifies you from having an opinion about a given game engine or being able to compare one with another
at the same time he'll also be explaining how, if you haven't built a car or PC from raw materials with your own hands, you're also disqualified from talking about them too
any minute now...

o'dium seems to be dropping major hints that he is capable of something more than modding Q2, so people were asking exactly what.
