Yea, I wish I could have been at the Floyd show. Just watching it on video nearly gave me goose bumps.

The bastards. :(

Genesis just went through town last night...I haven`t seen a more broken down bunch of scrambled egg fucks , such a bunch of flabulous looking mediocre rejects since the Eagles came to town to rape their yuppy accounts.

I wouldn't go see them even if I was given free tickets. Why would I want to see one of the worlds greatest bands tressed up and playing some golden oldies if not just for the bragging rights?

I've seen some great bands on reunion tours and such, and it just depresses me. I could be wrong, but seriously, what are the chances that this will be good?

I'd like to see the old guys give it a go, but I'm afraid it will be an abomination and a last ditch attempt to pad their retirement fund. Sorry for being so cynical. :icon8:

I saw The Who this year and it was one of the best concerts I've seen. I think it has a lot to do with "back then" musicians were about the live show, and recorded media supported it. Nowadays it's the other way around. The "old farts" put on a far better show.
