Re: Peppers
Decided now is as good a time as any to get an actual garden started instead of having just a bunch of potted plants around the house.
I didn't think about the fact that all of my land is a steep hill. Or that the only plantable patch of land is the furthest from any water source (and much too far to get a hose to).
It seems like this one pepper plant turned into some damn landscaping project.
I need to build terraced steps so my plants dont go sliding down the hill and then I need to build an aqueduct to a small pond I'm planning on constructing sometime later in the year to have a nearby water source for the garden.

Yes, I saw that at the site I posted. It's a terrible thing when you find out Gramma's been lying to you your whole life.Scourge wrote:

Re: Peppers
90% of the pequin pepper seeds have sprouted as of day before yesterday.
They're getting big fast and are almost ready to be plopped into some potting soil.
I have a lot of chefs in the family that love using peppers in their dishes. I think these plants will cover Christmas this year. Best thing is, didn't cost a thing.
