So true. Today most of the classic cartoons would be considered "inappropriate" by religious groups and worthless parents. Animaniacs was loaded with hilarious jokes that would probably be considered "sexual harassment" these days.
Kids are growing up retarded because their current childhood shows are preparing them for a life of slobbering servitude.

I disagree; the X-men and X-men Evolution cartoons are great. Ren and Stimpy was good when it was new, Beavis and Butthead was good when it was new. They don't stand the test of time. Aeon Flux.

In general, though, cartoons were better 15 or 20 years ago.

I don't know why they aren't so good these days; X-men Evolution was stopped being made cause it wasn't poplular enough. So was Aeon Flux. I don't know how they work it out but something is wrong. Either most people don't like good stuff, or they are measuring the ratings wrong somehow.

You'd have thought with the internet and modern technology, doing it in software, they'd get the audience and content balanced, but Ninjai: The Little Ninja progressed in stops and starts and it looks like they won't ever get anywhere with it.
