hey, got a question..
can i make a model go with the func_bobbing, like the jets in q3dm19.
or, is the texture for it somewhere?

The jets in q3dm19 are just a cylinder patch mesh with a shader. You can also attach models using the model2 key/value pairs of the func_bobbing, targeting the model. I'm pretty sure this only works with fairly recent versions of Q3Map2.
