Clearly is not...it's on a slope...

But a dumb person would be expected to think the way u do so that does make sense...

Maybe you can help point out the part where the edge of the pool is flush with the ground. You know... the feature that every inground pool has.

Maybe I already pointed out that the decking around pool will be flush with coping and then a retaining wall will raise the yard off deck on side closest to house? Far side of pool will have bar with barstools on outside if pool so that side will be lower from bar to deep end. Moron alerts!!!...

He's mad that his contractors left him with an unfinished above ground pool. Stick some railings on those pipes and I suppose you can use it as a skate park.
