Re: back in the 300 pound club...
Thanks for the compliment, Geoff.

Re: back in the 300 pound club...
Cheers. And well, you used the right word when you said "stay" in that condition. I didn't get there natural, and the real hard work is done during the growing stage. Way easier to maintain than to build. I was 240 when I came off, and have dropped to 179 over the course of 6 years. So that's 10lbs a year of muscle lost, despite staying on a very strict diet. 179 is what I can hold now day to day, but I think it'd be impossible for me to gain any muscle at all on top of this without putting on a ton of fat.feedback wrote:Damn. Impressive you can stay in that kind of condition natty.
I fast for 16 hours a day, and have an 8 hour eating window that runs from 12pm to 8pm. 3700 calories/day, with a 50/25/35 protein/carb/fat split I never deviate, except for a really nasty fried breakfast on a Saturday morning. I also run a 5k every three days at a slow pace, do a bit of cycling, and a bit of bodyweight work on top of a normal bodybuilding routine, but with high reps, and two days of boxing a week. Staying active and training for a pump seems to be right for me to hold decent condition year round.
I know you didn't ask me how I maintain it, but thought you might be interested.
Re: back in the 300 pound club...
Christ, how'd you find the time to do all that on top of running a business? During the week I get an hour or two free a night and finding the motivation to do anything like that is pretty tough.
Re: back in the 300 pound club...
Tupperware, a 24 hour gym, and a 5am wake up!
No point in having free time, you only waste it.

I think staying active is really key, even with a much higher calorie intake. If you don't do a lot of activity other than weightlifting, getting lean is really hard even at a slight deficit over a long time. But if you throw in stuff like boxing, running, and up the calories (especially protein) I find it turns your body into a machine. I may have to get back into muay thai this week because I've been failing to get below 14% for a while now. Been 14.7% for the past 2 weeks at a 200 deficit.syp0s wrote:Cheers. The thought of being both successful and having a developed physique is so foreign to Geoff it literally blows his mind.scared? wrote:Lol tiny midget is poor and fat... And also a pathological liar......

Thick, solid and tight in all the right places.
Re: back in the 300 pound club...
FB, Take a look at the Lean Gains diet, that kind of approach transformed me physically. I drop calories significantly (-1000, removing only carbs, dropping from around 350g to 70g) on non-training days, and I train in the morning whilst still fasting. I take in 2/3 of my daily calories in the first meal, and then 1/6 in another two meals spaced across an eight hour window. Strength stays very high, but the best thing is the changes start occurring almost immediately.
Even without cardio the fat drops off you.
Have a look into it. I don't think there's a better way to stay lean without drugs.
i used to be a 5-8 meals a day guy, but if I'd known about this, I'd have been doing it since the beginning.
And you're right - staying active is definitely key. I wish I'd known that earlier on, I was terrified of cardio for years.

Yeah I've done it before but never 100%. I don't like to eat everything early. Do you use any messaging programs like line or whatsapp?

Since I'm not a pathological liar and hence don't hide myself from the internet...chumps like lawl and sys0p search for then use unflattering photos of me and then compare them to blurry headless photos they claim to be of themselves... Obviously I win again by default...

I'm going to assume that's not him, because he'd never lie to me after I asked him a straight-up question.

100% not me. Haven't ever used sys0p anywhere except q3w. Certainly wouldn't be asking a public steroid forum for cycle advice.feedback wrote:I'm going to assume that's not him, because he'd never lie to me after I asked him a straight-up question.
Re: back in the 300 pound club...
Now at least I know why Geoff mentioned cabergoline the other day. Dude's been sitting on this information for weeks waiting to "expose" me

At the least, this puts to bed the claim that Geoff is always just trolling.

Stalking photos and posting pictures of their spouses for forum shaming? NOPE
edit:
Just to be clear since this has come up in that past, posting photos of family members is where we draw the line unless they have set a precedent by posting that family member here in the past.
