I checked uc's guide for cvars and commands and couldnt find anything regarding this I just want to disable regen/haste/quad from ctf over lan using q4max .71 Ive tried callvoting the powerup respawn to -1 and that doesnt seem to work either..

Ya I use your method of aiming for tracking/precision shots. My larger movements are from locking the wrist and moving forearm up/down/left/right (b,a select start :P)

ya its a bug with that bug usually causes players name that have left to remain and replace new comers to the server or players have no name all together (as far as scoreboard/tournybrackets doesnt matter) but you will see the correct name when they chat.
