I like it. I wasn't able to really playtest it with anyone though and I also noticed there's no aas so only a couple of comments from running around: - The Upper RL is on the floor, you should raise it at least 16 units. - There's some Z-fighting near the teleporter (the ceiling) - The entire map lo...

After trying it out, I can see how this wouldn't be a succesful Tourney map, but it looks breath-taking, absolutely great work on that and it works nicely as a FFA map.

Thanks StormShadow, that's some great feedback :P nice :) a) maybe put a ramp-like trim on the side of your stairs, so you dont have to risk losing your momentum by jumping on them? Sounds like a good idea to me, I'll implement it in the next version. c) RA doors dont exactly look like doors :D It t...

Map is quite big. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Maybe I missed this, but is this geared toward TDM? I don't really know TDM that well, but it seems like it might do it well considering it has pretty good control areas. My main aim is TDM. FFA would also work, but for Tourney it's just way...

I think sometimes mappers should force their will of gameplay on the player, not the player on the mapper. Some mappers think that they have a horrible feeling for weapon layouts and such but it's their vision and if they are afraid to make an unpopular map than they themselves are stiffling innova...

Well, there are a couple of good textures, but most of them just don't tile well at all or are just plain ugly. And of course, they're all the same theme and the whole industrial theme has been done over and over.

Yea I more or less fixed my problem. Vertex manipulation is tricky sometimes but i'm getting used to it.. (I use it alot on my meshes but not my brushes) CSG substract is evil, I never ever use it. You can do anything you want with the clipper tool or just by dragging edges. Be careful when draggig...
